WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS $100.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will provide notice by posting the updated Terms. Revisions are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
